October 2nd, 2009 · 8 Comments

Well, in a surprise twist, California Judge Anthony Brown has agreed that Erik Estavillo has made a sufficient enough point to prove to the court that Sony Computer Entertainment America violated his First Amendment rights when they kicked him off the Playstation Network service a few months ago for being a dickwad while playing Resistance: [...]

September 21st, 2009 · 19 Comments

Back when I was in college, I invited a friend over to my apartment a few weeks after we moved, not having told him we had relocated. He barged through the door, as was his custom, only to find the startled young Mexican family that had replaced us. This was a funny prank. [...]

Noby Noby Boy Updated, Nobody Nobody Cares

April 28th, 2009 · 7 Comments

I played Noby Noby Boy when it first came out thinking there must be something about the game that just didn’t come across in gameplay videos.  I ended that play session scratching my head, wondering how I’d missed whatever I’d still missed.  The game seemed pretty… well… dumb to me.
I really hate just giving up [...]

Home gets interesting with Xi

March 24th, 2009 · 1 Comment

PlayStation Home has sucked really hard lately. In Europe, at least. We’ve been ripped off when it comes to buying things for our virtual selves, unamused by the lack of interesting things to do and slightly bemused and/or aroused by the body-popping that never ceases should you choose to dress as a member of the [...]
