For those of you who don’t know already, I am the love child of video game legend PacMan and a female Polar Bear. Abandoned by my father, I was raised in the cold Canadian North by my loving Polar Bear mother Bernice. While I did inherit PacMan’s love of video games, my mother taught me everything I know. From finding the best garbage dumps to rummage through to picking the best tourists to maul, my mom made me the man I am today.
That’s why news that Polar Bear’s may become the newest mount in World Of Warcraft has made me so angry! Would you want a bunch of pimple faced shut-ins to mount YOUR mom?!

Our favorite movie director is at it again. Uwe Boll, known for the masterpieces Bloodrayne and Postal, caught wind that a particular multi-million dollar MMORPG was being made into a movie by Legendary Pictures. Not one to be overlooked when decisions about a video game movies are being contemplated, Mr. Boll went straight to the makers of the game and asked to make it.

April Fools day always seems to take the breath out of the news of the week it lands on, and this year is no different. However, if you scrape the bottom of the barrel hard enough, you’re bound to find something.
That’s what I’m here for! This week: The first developer to make a graphical MMO goes under, Blizzard knows how to do April Fools, and the folks over at Realtime Worlds snag a cool $50 million in funding.

Yesterday was patch day in Azeroth, kiddos. While that normally isn’t much of an occassion, 2.4 is something special to many WoW players. Not because of any features or changes made to the game, no. 2.4 is the final major patch leading up to the release of the Wrath of the Lich King expansion.
