One of the biggest complaints againt Warhawk is its lack of any training or tutorial, preferring to throw the player head first into an online world of skilled opponents and tea baggers. That’s all about to change, along with a ton of other stuff, in Warhawk’s upcoming v1.5 patch. So, what are you waiting for?
Come on in and hit that jump, I promise you won’t regret it.
I loves me some Warhawk. I’ve probably spent more time playing Warhawk than any other single PS3 title. Incognito, who worried a lot of people, prior to Warhawk’s release (even into the beta period) have gone above and beyond in support of the game after launch. That support shows no sign of stopping, as we’re awaiting the Warhawk 1.5 patch, bringing with it Trophy support. The full list of trophies has (as it probably always will) made it to the internet before the update did, so being the Warhawk fan I am, (and figuring there’s relatively little to spoil by peaking since Warhawk isn’t a campaign or story-based game) I checked out the list.
Then I did a double-take… did I just read what I THOUGHT I read?!?! Holy ****! It DOES say that! Warhawk is getting… you know what, I’ll tell you after the jump…

Warhawk for the PS3 is like a fine wine, it only gets better with age. Some of you are new to Warhawk, some of you have long since given up on Warhawk… but a LOT of you still play and enjoy it like me. So, out of the goodness of my heart, I’ve decided to write up some tips and tricks (which may or may not confirm or deny the absence of other ideas of what to write or not write about… possibly.)
We’ll start off with some very basic tips and move into what even some of the more experienced folks will find interesting. (more…)
In case you didn’t know, I got a PS3 over the weekend. Yay for me… Anyway, the first game I played was Warhawk, as there was no other game I anticipated playing more. It’s great fun and I know it’s an online game, but it seriously needs a tutorial.
Just a reminder that Sarcastic Gamer is hosting a Sarcastic Gaming Night for PS3 owners Saturday (tomorrow). The match will take place at 6:00pm CST and will not require the Omega Dawn expansion pack. If you haven’t already seen it, please check out this thread in the Sarcastic Gamer forums for more details. We have invited our friends from the GamerCast Network forums as well and look forward to seeing you all there!
Special thanks for Dark Wonders for agreeing to host the match!
