We also go over Capcom’s upcoming long list of PSOne games. Pacman discusses his recent purchases of Fight Night Round 4 and Call of Juarez 2. Frawlz attempts to tell us all about Extra Life 2009. We couldn’t have an episode without another heaping helping of ROOMAHS™.

Our discussions then meander through Final Fantasy, the PS3 Prototype install issue, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves dominating at Game Critics Awards and Brütal Legend’s choice of metal. For those geeks out there, we also discuss Free Realms and Afrika as well. Frawlz also reserves his spot in hell by making fun of… oh, just wait… it’ll be better as a surprise! We couldn’t have an episode without another heaping helping of ROOMAHS™ either and this time we decided to toss in a few user questions/comments afterwards!

We go into detail on our thoughts about the cinematic Uncharted 2: Among Thieves demonstration, the 256-player debut of live MAG gameplay, some debate over God of War 3, and a little bit about the upcoming customizable kart game ModNation Racers. We also had a pretty detailed discussion of Sony’s new motion control tech demo, the whole PSP go debut and much more.

Hey guys, just a quick reminder that the regular SG podcasting schedule won’t apply for E3 week as members of the SG Radio, SG Blu, and SG Pink teams will be infiltrating E3 to bring you all the latest information (like exactly how awesome Brian Crecente’s hair really looks in person!)
We’ve got a lot planned for this week, so keep your eyes peeled while work our butts off! Okay, well… don’t literally look at our butts, but watch the site!
In our 55th episode we discuss inFAMOUS, okay, well maybe “discuss” isn’t the best word. We debated inFAMOUS. We discussed Heavy Rain’s newly shown footage as well as some surprising Playstation Home statistics. Crash Commandos is getting a big update and we discuss getting the SGC involved in a Crash Commando night. This episode also features TWO section of ROOMAHS including one about Carmen Sandiego!

In our 54th episode we switch things up to take advantage of the pre-E3 news drought and decide to answer listener questions. Thank God for Twitter or we wouldn’t have even had THOSE to talk about! We also dug up some more ROOMAHS and and a few other things as well.

PacMan asked for audio submissions from you guys… do me a favor; bury him in funny (but appropriate) audio submissions. Be creative, we love to hear from you guys.
In our 53rd episodes, we talk about some changes taking at Sony that may finally point them in a direction that may align more with their potential customer base. We also touched on some new information about MAG and share what we’ve learned. Then, after several other topics, we jump into more “ROOMAHS” than we’ve ever had before in a single episode… and we promise, we didn’t make up ANY of these (although that doesn’t mean someone else didn’t make them up!)

Wow, 52 episodes… a whole year… can you believe it? Neither can we! Episode 52 of the Sarcastic Gamer Playstation Podcast once again has Frawlz, PacManPolarBear, and Rothbart talking about the latest topics pertaining to everything Playstation.
This week the guys talked about the latest buzz surrounding the new inFAMOUS demo. We also discuss the latest Playstation Home updates including the new machinima toolkit named StageSet. PacMan gushes multiple times about Patapon 2, something tells me he kinda liked it. Our friends in Australia will be getting a free music video on demand service called VidZone. We also rejoice Capcom’s announcement of releasing 20-40 older titles to PSN. We cut to the chase of the latest Ghostbusters exclusivity stories and discuss Metal Gear Online’s interesting new take on DLC. It wouldn’t be a full episode without a heaping helping of roomahs either!

Hey guys, Episode 51 of the Sarcastic Gamer Playstation Podcast is here already! The gaming news for the week was looking pretty bleak until a couple days before we recorded and then all hell broke loose!
1UP started the avalanche by accidentally (uh huh) confirming the existence of a new PSP model named the PSP Go! Also leaked, this time via Best Buy, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves is going to have a public multiplayer beta. Sony Gamer’s Day gave us more info on the multiplayer plus a ton of other things like impressions of Sony’s upcoming 256-player FPS aptly named MAG (Massive Action Game.) To say MAG is shaping up nicely would be an understatement.
PacManPolarBear could barely contain himself when talking about the upcoming Killzone 2 Championship. On the topic of enthusiastic discussions, Frawlz enthusiastically hates PixelJunk games and tells everyone why (at least I think finally came up with a reason.) PacMan also got the complaint chip off his shoulder by going off on the lack of good JRPGs on modern gaming systems.
After a surprisingly interesting discussion of Sony’s new plan to get independent developers to pledge exclusivity to PSN, Rothbart gets mocked for what he returned home with from his recent trip to the Best Buy $10 game sale. Of course there were many other topics discussed, but you’ll just have to listen to the whole show to find out why you might be hearing 35 minutes of Kim Andre on this show in the near future.

Hey guys, Episode 50 of the Sarcastic Gamer Playstation Podcast is here already! It’s hard to believe we’ve put out 50 shows, but that’s where we are.
As usual, you never quite know what’s going to get discussed until you dive in and listen. Would you have predicted Frawlz discussing his experience wearing women’s clothes? Well, okay… you might’ve guessed that one, but there are plenty of other things in the episode besides that.
PacManPolarBear gives us all the low-down on the latest and upcoming fixes for Killzone 2. We also talk about a questionable product that were announced for the PS3 and PR back-pedaling Sony’s doing regarding a question they asked consumers.
We discused how piracy of games & media might be better dealt with and what games (that we bought and didn’t pirate) we’ve been playing lately. Of course we commented on a bunch of things Sony employees said this week too. The show almost wouldn’t seem complete without that. Those are just a few of the highlights, check out the episode to hear about even more topics.
