Last year, we toyed with Nintendo’s trailer, questioning whether something like Wii Fit would really provide any sort of benefit or fun. Today, we’re proud to give closure to those still waiting for an answer to the question: “Does Wii Fit work?”
Starring “Dave” as the fat guy, the song was written and performed by Jeromy “Doc” Adams. the video credits go to our good buddy M-Freakin-J, who also produced videos for “How You Killed Your Brand” and “Hey Mr. Thompson“.
Support for this video came from our friends at TitanStrike.com, where gamers come to meet and compete.
The song parodies “Big Yellow Taxi” as performed by The Counting Crows and Vanessa Carlton. The original song was written by Joni Mitchell.
Please feel to embed this song on your site, and thanks, as always, for the Diggs.
At Sarcastic Gamer, we have certainly enjoyed Phil Harrison’s tenure as head of SCE Worldwide Studios. Since the launch of the PS3, he has provided literally hundreds of juicy sound bites and quotes that helped put us on the map. As a tribute to this fine man and his adept verbal witchery, we humbly remind you of just how quickly a parody song can come back to bite you in the ass. Read my reluctant praise for Mr. Harrison after the jump. (more…)

The critics have spoken, and the absolutely HATE our latest parody song, Hey Mr. Thompson. Find out why everyone’s holding their ears and fumbling for the volume knob.
We’re counting the minutes until the morality police kick down our door for this song about “He Who Shall Not Be Named.”
Until that happens, and we’re hauled away kicking and screaming, you can hear the latest Sarcastic Gamer parody song, “Hey Mr. Thompson” on the latest episode of our podcast (Episode 15).
This is a special present to our podcast listeners, who’ve been screaming for a Jack Thompson song since we started. Order up
For those who have absolutely no idea who Jack is, here’s a link to his Wikipedia page. It’s quite an interesting read. The video for the song, plus a standalone download will be available soon, unless the unthinkable happens.
By all measures, our most popular parody song to date has to be “How You Killed Your Brand”, a parody of The Fray’s “How To Save A Life.” Having enflamed more than 2 million Ps3 users worldwide by way of various fan-created videos, we’ve decided that its time for an officially-sanctioned SarcasticGamer.com production.
This song was written at a time when the PS3 was going through one of its several “rough patches.” While some of its chief complaints have been addressed since then, it’s still a timeless reminder of what a wacky ride Sony has had with it’s Next Gen console.
We’ve must admit, we’re pretty proud of the work done by our very own MFreakinJ. He’s raised the bar to a whole new level with this production. We feel…. all official and stuff. GREAT JOB MJ!
Ladies and Gentleman, without further ado, the official Sarcastic Gamer parody video, for How To Kill Your Brand. Starring M Freakin J, and sung by Jeromy “Doc” Adams.

This week, Shadowrun made the top 5 in Xbox 360 sales! We could think of no better way to commemorate this “magical feat” than by releasing our newest parody song.
With the incredible line up of highly-anticipated games hitting the shelves this fall, we thought it might be nice to put a few less-spectacular titles in the rear view mirror. Here’s a song all about the games we enjoyed the least this year, most notably, Shadowrun.
