Crysis, the big tease. PC gamers have been hanging this game over console players heads, even though most of them can’t play it either. Well, rumor had it that the game could end up on the console. After it mostly tanked in sales, it seemed inevitable.

Ah, Crysis. One of the most looked forward to PC titles in quite some time. I remember drooling when I saw images of it in Game Informer over a year ago. Unfortunately, all accolades aside, It may go down in history as the game that gamers want to play, but will never play.
Unless you have some serious upkeep on your PC this title is impossible to run. People are still trying to figure out what a computer would need to play Crysis at it’s full potential. Well, the makers of Crysis want to help you out.
The makers of the game decided that they would build a computer that could play the game and actually play it with the high settings on. They also tried to pinch their pennies, but not like most of us average joes would. Considering it was all company money, I’m sure they splurged a little.

Well, the Crysis system requirements came out this week and boy, oh boy, I could not care less. Did ya see those reqirements? Excuse me while I call MIT to see if I can borrow their super computer. Anyone know the phone number for Deep blue? This game would make my current rig melt. To China.

The much-anticipated Crysis demo will be downloadable for PC users on September 25th. I am green with Envy since my good ole Tandy cpu from the Shack, won’t be able to handle this monster. Maybe they’ll bring it to my Xbox 360?For those of you that don’t know, Crysis is a FPS set in North Korea. There’s some alien crashsite that is emitting an ever-expanding bubble that freezes everything inside it. The North Koreans are trying to handle the situation but what they really need is a super soldier like you. As you might have guessed, they don’t want you there and will shoot you on sight. There’s no Splinter Cell-like sneaking around in this game; you get to kill everybody! Yay!
It has something for everyone, I can’t wait to….. wait a minute. Did I say September 25th…. Don’t I have something going on that day? Oh yeah, Halo 3. Might be a little busy.
