Extra Life returns October 16, 2010

So far, Extra Life has raised more than $300,000 to help kids in their fight against very scary illness.  I’m pretty sure that qualifies you for Heaven.

This year, Extra Life is changing.  We feel the changes are for the better.

Through a partnership with Children’s Miracle Network, Extra Life will put every penny you raise in 2010 directly back  into YOUR community.

One more time.

100% of the money you raise in Extra Life 2010 will go directly to help YOUR NEAREST CMN CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL.  No administrative costs.

With hundreds of hospitals across the United States, Canada, UK, and Australia (and more coming soon in other countries) we’re very excited about the positive impact that Extra Life will now have not only for Houston’s kids, but for children around the world.

Another big change this year, is how early we’ll be getting started.  Currently, the plan is to open registration for players and teams on or about the first week of April, with a more robust software platform (meaning you might not have to wait a couple days for Paypal Gifts to show up on your page)

Expect more information closer to the end of March, but for the time being please put a big red circle around Saturday, October 16th 2010.

Here’s to the future and to you!

Play Games, Heal Kids… in your town.

October 16th, 2010.
