This Friday and Saturday the Sarcastic Gamer UK team will get to flex their convention skills for the first time as they attack the Eurogamer Expo with full on sarcastic force! Myself, MightyMutt, Pillowfort, Krelith and possibly even Monstar and Eoco will be making ourselves known at and around the Expo and you’re more than welcome to join us and annoy us and stroke my hair and whatever else it is you strange internet people tend to do among real human beings.

As I type, the Eurogamer Expo is currently taking place in Leeds, in the north of England, but on the 30th and 31st it’s coming to the Old Billingsgate in London and the entire SGUK team is gonna be there. We’ll be meeting and greeting with you guys and playing some of the biggest games of this and next year, and telling you all about them.

The Eurogamer Expo will feature Assassin’s Creed II, Dante’s Inferno, Dragon Age Origins, God of War III, Heavy Rain, Left 4 Dead 2, MAG, Mass Effect 2, The Saboteur, Split Second and a whole lot more. There might even be some time for some developer sessions (and our good buddy Chet from Valve will be there!) and naturally, you’re more than welcome to come find us and say hi.

We’ll be tweeting, writing, taking some videos and even throwing together a podcast or two if we have the time in between playing games and partaking in some light alcoholic refreshment (legal ‘uns only, folks; we don’t do naughty drinking).

The countdown begins here, and I’m hopping on the train to London tomorrow to meet up with MightyMutt and kick this all off proper.
