That’s right bitches we finally got one right! The Defibrillator has been confirmed in L4D2. Sarcastic Gamer had it first about a month before the big boys, Kotaku and Joystiq. We out rumored Kotaku? Aw hell yeah, next thing you know, we’ll start posting pictures of gaming inspired pumpkins and cakes.

I got a key tip from PAX roomate and Griffball.org co-founder Leo Comerlato, known by others as Hellslayer that the Defibrillator would be a usable item in L4D2 after he stumbled upon it after resetting his frozen Xbox 360 while waiting to play L4D2 at PAX 09.
Well, the list of Achievements for L4D2 has come out (courtesy of Xbox 360 Achievements) and wouldn’t you know it, but one specific achievement, the “Shock Jock” Achievement, worth 30 Gamerscore, for those who care is for those who “Revive 10 dead Survivors with the defibrillator.”
Rumors are awesome. What can we make up next… Hmmm, how bout the fact that there will be 23 Spec Ops maps in Modern Warfare 2? That could totally be true. (Thanks Knuckles!)
