SG Rivalry: “The Saboteur”.

What you may know is that I’ve covered this ground before, news of Pandemic’s next outing “The Saboteur” was one of the very first topics that I wrote about here. Rightly so given the game’s interesting setting/protagonist/art style/time period… basicly everything we’ve seen so far. All the promotional materials have been enough for the title to be top of my buy list for next year.

What you may not know is that, despite my overwhelming joy and high praise, I was not considered to gain any free promotional swag. In most cases this is not a valid complaint, I should be happy when I’m chosen for anything free, but shouldn’t be heartbroken when I’m giftless.

However.

Our other weekend focused content provider and all around pig-swine OMG was recently issued with a promotional art card and even cooler, a 1941 replica Zippo lighter etched with the Morini logo, a nod to the main character’s past as it is the brand of car he prefers and is supposedly an in-game object.

Old Married Gamer? More like Ow My Guts, because I would gladly punch him in stomach to get one of those firestarters.

What did he do to deserve it? The guy filled in a questionnaire.

The two of us are at war, stay tuned.
