Why So...Disappointed?
NO!
Despite a flurry of “No comments” and a lack of credible evidence to the contrary from both Eidos and Warner Brothers, sources detailed as “close to the game” have indicated that the summer blockbuster “Batman: Arkham Asylum” is going to be delayed until the holidays.
Read a little more over the jump…this is not a drill!
The game was originally scheduled for release on June 23rd, so it’s a strange move for them to be pushing it back at this point.
Kotaku conjectures that Square’s recent acquisition of Eidos may point back to Square being behind the move. Feel free to send your hate mail that direction. If you think they’re to blame anyway.
Really not much more to say here. Guess I’ll just go stick my head in an oven.

Hmmmm… bad move me thinks. I think Eidos (or Square) has kicked this game off my ‘To Get’ list for the year.
Uncharted 2 is of much higher importance to me. And money is tight around the holidays.. morons. Oh well, next year at $40. Sold.
I was hoping this was a Fiction Friday piece.
Harley is sad
Thankfully it’s been refuted:

Stop playing with my emotions!
So it IS FF after all!
i’m not that dumb! FICTION FRIDAY! This is a double bluff! When we all complain you’ll say it’s fiction friday!
Now I’M confused.
I mean, I guess they can come back and claim it differently, but I wouldn’t have labeled it “non-fiction” if I didn’t believe it true…hmmm….
They do say release this summer vs. the actual date, which is strange…hmmm…something is afoot here.
