May 15th will be known as the day of three huge announcements. The biggest of them all is Microsoft driving the final nail into the Playstation 3. Yes, you read right…Starting June 1st all Xbox 360 owners will be able to create gold accounts on Xbox LIVE and never have to pay a penny for them! Not only that, but all gold members that still have remaining paid time on their live accounts will have Microsoft points automatically credited to their account to account for the unneeded expenditure.

Though i do argree that Xbox live being free would kill off the PS3 which is bad if you don’t like the idea of microsoft branded missles giving us a terminator-like doomsday
