You said “why is there an image on a Previously on Sarcastic Gamer post instead of a YouTube video?” Well let me answer that question for you: we here at Sarcastic Gamer are against discrimination of any kind, be it towards people or different types of visual media. To that end, we thought it was time to end our apparent moving-image-bias and be tolerant to all things viewable, including static photographs. Here we are then, with a little pic I caught on Gizmodo this morning. Apparently, all 1301 fluorescent bulbs are powered by the electric fields generated by the overhanging power lines. Neato! In fact, I thought this so very ‘neato’, that I’ve considered making my own, portable, fluorescent bulb art installation, using the laws of electromagnetic induction! I will ingeniously place a magnet in a cage of coils and then attach this to my bicycle so that, when I feverishly pedal with all my might, the magnet turns and a current is induced, powering a single, small, glow of glorious incandescence in the form of, you guessed it, a fluorescent bulb. I will be a cycling art sensation! Now, if you’ll just excuse me — oh yes, that reminds me. I want to use the word ‘recalcitrant’ today, so here goes: recalcitrant — I need to go and file a patent for this most original of inventions. Sorry, what was that? What do you mean by “It’s be done before. Ever heard of a bicycle light, dumbass”? I resent that statement! Why are you saying “resent it or not, it’s be done before”? I will not put up with these cruel words any longer! Not listening, la la la la laaaaa, la la la la la. Wait a second, did you just say: “why are you writing a terrible dramatic monologue? Give up now”? Did you then follow up that question by saying “yes” in answer to my previous question? Did you then do the same again to answer that last question? And that one? And this one? Oh ok then.
