I’ve noticed a lot of people are down these days. It might be love, work, or family related, but depression is depression. I try to find ways to get people out of their funk, and here’s one solution. I know when I’m a funk, the right song can bring me out of it.

A buddy of mine was swarmed by a plague sized cloud of termites yesterday and has been having a bad couple of months. After hearing her plight I sent her this and it made her feel so much better.
Some of you might rock out to this song when you play SF4, but for those that have not had the pleasure I hope it was a welcomed delight. The song’s just so damn catchy.
Take a deep breath, don’t you feel better now? I know I do.

I’ve found that singing it when joining a match in SFIV leads to one of two things:
1) Getting kicked pronto.
OR
2) A super awesome karaoke showdown.
But, much though I love the SFIV song, ‘The Touch’ wins hands down. If for nothing more than it has the touch AND the power. Good times, good times…

Hello, my name is Devil’s advocate. This song has become the equivalent to being gouged in the ear with a red hot metal spike. This song was catchy the first time but after a billion times it makes my ear bleed. It’s crappy Japanese pop-rock exclusively featuring the patented cheese-guitar. On top of that I can’t get the damn image out of my mind of the Back Street Boys dancing around in their boy band manner singing this song. I’m not sure but I think if you buy the sound track you get a rainbow sticker for the back of you car too.

This song just grows on you. Will probably be as memorable as the Tekken 5 “Sparking” Theme (the one that starts like High School Musical and ends like System of a Down).
