Well, as time goes on, people come and people go. Sometimes people have more time and sometimes they have less. As things continue to grow, Sarcastic Gamer is once again calling for fresh blood to take their stab at the video game industry with a sense of humor and intelligence.

The type of writer that we’re looking for is someone who has a fresh take on standard industry news. We’re looking for humor, insight and most of all… grammatical correctness! We’re looking for writers to take on Fiction Friday parody articles, and iPhone, PC and Wii gaming with sarcasm and humor. If you think you can fit the bill, send two samples to Lono at Sarcasticgamer.com.
Please follow these rules:
1. Please make the submission a simple txt file.
2. Include a picture that is 530 pixels wide and no taller than 350 pixels to accompany any article you send.
3. Spell check! Submissions with spelling errors will be immediately discarded.
4. Include a moniker that you want to be known as.
If your submission is selected, you could get a shot as a volunteer writer for the site. While it is an unpaid position, there are perks, but please don’t ask as the info will be reserved for those that are selected to join our motley group.
Finally, anything sent to SG as a writing submission will be considered SG property upon reciept, so please don’t send blog posts or articles you’ve written for another website.

No, it doesn’t have to be PC or Wii only, but it would be a plus. Good writing is good writing is good writing.
Is there a word limit/minimum number of words the article needs to include?
BlinkinCard told me about this. I might be interested. I’ve already done some blog (linked into my name, I go by Mach) work with a couple of other people, so I might give this a shot.

I’m guessing the appropriate size of article is greater than Dave’s paragraph of text, but less than Rothbart’s 8-page escapades?

I’ve done one article, and I’ll get the other one.
My first article is more opinion-based about the Wii, but my second one will be more newsworthy. Is it okay if my first one is opinion?
