A new game was announced today that I might actually be good at. “Octuplets” was inspired by the recent story that is grabbing headlines across the world. Nadya Suleman gave birth to EIGHT babies. How does this translate into a game? Keep reading to find out.
It isn’t easy to conceive, give birth to, and care for eight babies. This innovative new title lets you go through the whole process. You start by finding the perfect sperm donor. You can hit up a friend so you can be sure of the quality stuff you are getting. You may be more adventurous and choose to take a gamble on something from the sperm bank. Next you must go through rigorous fertility treatments until you are ready to have the embryos implanted. The fun doesn’t end there! You are taken through your pregnancy where you have to deal with heartburn, weight gain, frequent urination and bi-weekly trips to your friendly gynecologist.
One of my favorite parts of the game was the actual birth. You use a combo of x and y buttons on your control pad to work through the contractions. When it is time for a baby to pop out, you use your right trigger. It really is a moving experience. Once you and your babies are ready to leave the hospital, there is plenty more game play! You can decorate your nursery, change diapers, give baths and do laundry until your heart is content!
Good news for all of the Wii owners out there. There is a breast pump attachment that lets you simulate pumping milk for your eight hungry babies. I give ”Octuplets” 8 Stars!

I was wondering where the link was for the game and then I realized it was Friday. Sometimes I’m amazed by my own stupidity.
awesome job leslie, really funny, especially the part about the wii attatchment.
LOL! “When it is time for a baby to pop out, you use your right trigger.”
