Circuit City has been paying the homeless to stand on street corners holding signs that state the store is closing and savings are within. In a dramatic press conference today, Circuit City announced that it’s no longer closing it’s doors.

This is bold move for a company that filed for bankruptcy and announced that everything must go. The cause? The $700 billion dollar economic enema that just passed.

Keith Anderson, a Circuit City spokesperson, stated that, ” thanks to record profits do to our closing sale and the economic stimulus, Circuit City will no longer be going out of business. Instead we will be purchasing the Best Buy franchise, for an amount to be determined later. Now you can look forward to our crappy selection and sh**ty service without the ability to say ‘there’s a Best Buy across the street’.”

Booya America!
