2008 has been a lovely year for games. Not least, lately, with the sequel to one of the PSP’s only truly great games, LocoRoco 2, hitting shelves towards the end of what will be soon be known as “Last Year”.
The thing is, even though Christmas is over, we’ve got one last piece of generosity before the year is out; namely some delicious LocoRoco goodies to give away to two SG readers. Hit the jump to find out how to win!
Like PacManPolarBear before me – in his Fallout 3 Blue Show giveaway – there shall be two prizes on offer in this competition, and you can only have one of them. Those prizes are:
- One limited edition LocoRoco t-shirt (child/ladies size, so it’s really a collective thing)
- One EU copy of LocoRoco 2 (region-free, and not out in the States yet)
And, as with Pac-Man’s giveaway, you’re gonna need to impress me somehow, with something LocoRoco related. Of course, it can be anything you like. It can be a painstakingly awesome drawing in Paint or something you whipped up in Photoshop, or it can be a video or an animation. It can even be something more creative, like a LittleBigPlanet level or something you threw together in Forge on Halo 3. If you think you can really pitch to me why you want a prize, then go for it.
You can specify which prize you’d like if you wish, or just go in for whichever prize comes your way. Just email all entries to yamster [at] sarcasticgamer [dot] com with the subject “LocoRoco Contest” before January 18th (UK) to be in with a chance of winning (if you don’t specify the subject your entry wont be counted!). I’ll pick the best two and the winners will be revealed on the Monday after the closing date.
