I completely agree, although in my opinion Talkingship, Resonator, and Panda Watch are the best
Cadaver, let us know what you hate about the show. It’s not fair to just jump on here and say that it’s “positively awful” without telling us why. I am open to constructive criticism, but just jumping on to say something nasty isn’t helpful to anyone.
I think it needs more drinking. and maybe some news from the mainland. I don;t know where the idea of news from the mainland came from, but I know that it was from a podcast I heard once. I think I heard it mid sleep. lol
Also, get Jax in there, 3 people drinking would make it a heck of a lot more fun.
Yeah, that News From the Mainland thing sounds familiar. It sounds kinda like it came from the greatest podcast in history, but I’m not sure…
I guess we will never really know where it came from, but if it came from the greatest podcast in history, I think it would be wise to take some ideas from it and toss them here.

I haven’t actually listened to this particular cast, but the ones I have listened to have been terrible. I will listen to this one and offer proper feedback if you really want it.

I am not picking a fight with Lono, I voiced my concerns about a post he had. It was a terrible post, and I made it clear that I thought so. If he wants to label me a troll and stick his fingers in his ears acting like his opinion is the only one worthy of hearing out, that’s fine. I lost a ton of respect for him and this entire site, but that’s how things go sometimes. Of course your doing to defend him blindly because you write for the site he helped spawn. Don’t try and pretend like your presenting an unbiased opinion, I don’t buy it for a second.
Whatever, you trolled this post by stating how terrible the community podcasts are here and you make your 1st post in the SG forums insulting everyone for taking Lono seriously as well as comparing him to a 5 year old.
Perhaps it would have been more constructive to actually have a point to your posts rather than just saying things suck and that people are stupid.
My opinion is biased because I have put time into this site and can see people like you from a mile away.
You don’t come here to make friends or add any value, you just come here to be a douche.

Sorry 8bitfish, I call it like I see it. I don’t pull punches and pretend to enjoy everything just for the sake of a reputation. I’ll tell you if it’s good, and I will also telly you if it’s bad. I’ll leave the over-glorified praising for the cheerleaders. I listened to the cast and emailed my opinions to them, which were positive comments. This cast was good, but alot of the others have been terrible. I’m gunna be the guy shooting straight with you 100 percent of the time.

That is fair, no one expects you to like all of them (or any at all) and an honest opinion is far more constructive than blatant flattery.
It just that it doesn’t look good when you put them ALL down in one blanket sentence, then admit that you have not checked out the latest one.
You are new to the site and it is good to have your participation, just be careful (if you care) about the first impression you make here.

I’ve been hear for over a year, it’s just recently I’ve been becoming vocal because the quality of the site’s material has been in a nose dive IMO.

I too would like to hear this as Cadaver has yet to actually list anything specific about why he doesn’t like anything.

What’s with all this “I shoot straight”, “100 percent!” stuff you’ve been going on about? What makes you think that saying the opposite to public opinion makes you right? Did it ever occur to you that the majority might just be right for once? I love these community casts, they give people a chance to express there opinions vocally as apposed to writing. These people are just trying to entertain, so why not give them a chance instead assuming that they’ll be bad?
@8BitBass I said the community casts were bad, what are you looking for? I already told you I emailed them the specifics, so maybe you should read things more carefully.
I’m not going to post my problems with the site’s material because this is the comment section for a podcast. If Havok wants to hear it he can PM me on the forums and I will break it down. Now take the time to read that I am not avoiding the question, I am moving it to where it belongs. Now I am not going to check this page again. I am moving along now, so if you still want to pelt me with questions send me a message.

Let me end this by speaking to those who might have come to this list of comments and saw Cadaver’s very first about how he hates these SGCP’s. If you scrolled down to the bottom and missed the conversation I would like to state very clearly to you that Cadaver had not listened to Talkingship when he said that. Later he did listen, and he said that he loved it. I say again: Cadaver Dog Loves Talkingship!!! Not sure why that matters to me, but it does. Everyone loves me. People just can’t help it. I’m just that loveable!!
