Without people like Timothy Plan in the world, who would protect us from the evils of video game undertones. Mr Plan… hehe… oh sorry…. Mr Plan published his heart-warming list of the 30 most offensive video games, to help parents navigate the treacherous waters of holiday game-buying. Not a LOT of surprises on the list, it includes Grand Theft Auto 4 (which I think is actually pretty tame compared to like 80% of the stuff we’ve seen this year), Manhunt, and others.
ALSO on the list? Army of Two. Sure it’s a pretty heavy game as far as language and violence, but THOSE weren’t cited by “The Plan” as his reason for listing the game. Apparently that blood and killing is nothing compared to the… the… the….
Homer-Sectials.
Yeah. He cited the game as being offensive because of the grab-assing of the two male protagonists.
Sorry Plan-ster… heh… sorry. Sorry Plan, but really? THAT is the reason it offends you?
Wow. If that’s the case, I have this Game Master in Fable 2 that keeps following my character around looking for a ring from me…. He’s not getting one, as a matter of fact I just haven’t gotten around to frying him at the temple along with my 3 wives… But still.
Besides, from what I hear, the most offensive part of Army of Two was the gameplay. I think a list edit is in order.

He could really offend somebody like that.
Tread lightly, Mr. Planner…
Stop copying articles from other sites(Destructoid anyone).I mean thats even from the gamercast network.Shame on you…
@lukas:
It’s not copying if the author offers their opinions in the article.
@Lukas
Haven’t been on the web long have you? If we hear about something we want to opine on we always site the source. We’re not journalists. We’re bloggers.
Nothing was copied from anywhere, and if we had it would have appeared in quotes.
@ Lukas
I hope you realize that the big blogs like Kotaku, Destructoid and Joystiq all link to articles posted on other sites. Their writers offer their opinions on hot topics in the industry just as we do. Like them, as Doc said, we provide links to the original articles.
The only issue I have with this statement is that they’ve used he word “homosexual” in place of the correct word “homoerotic”.
There’s tons of homoeroticism, there’s literally no actual homosexuality.
Which is a shame because -that- game wold have been hilarious.
@ Lukas
as an add on to what the others have already said what if some people don’t look at a wide range of video game sites like me, i heard it first here
I like the fact that The Legend of Zelda The Phantom Hourglass has a 1 for violence when its clearly cartoon violence…
And for some reason I dont remember the f bomb being dropped in BioShock…
