Ubisoft has officially gone insane with Far Cry 2 DLC

Raise your hand if you’ve finished Far Cry 2.  Hmmm 2 of you.  Yeah I haven’t either.  Too much stuff to play right now, though I am itching to get back.  That said, I was pretty excited to know that Ubi was planning to release a new premium DLC pack that included four multiplayer maps (I make my own so this wasn’t such a big deal), new weapons including a f***ing cross bow, and a couple of vehicles.  Oh good times.

Then the price comes.

“YOU WANT 10 SPANKIN DOLLARS for WHAT?!?!” I cried out when I heard the news.

800 MS points to be exact  friends.  That’s like a dollar an item IF you count the maps, which you know damned well you aren’t going to play.  Sorry Ubi, but that’s not reasonable.  Look at what OTHER companies are offering for 10 bucks and look me in the eye and tell me your handful of weapons and pair of vehicles are worth a 20% increase in my Far Cry 2 total game investment.

Yeah I didn’t think so.  Lame move.  Hope you sell a dozen.
