Nintendo’s at it again. Hot on the heels of Wii Music’s release in the UK and the news that Wii Fit is the most searched consumer item in the run-up to the holidays comes the story of a new game in the Wii series on the consoles, this time targeting a very exclusive Japanese demographic.

Sarcastic Gamer is proud, and privileged, to exclusively reveal Wii Salaryman, having learnt everything in a shady downtown bar meeting with a very important source at Nintendo. Images and details await after the jump!

“Wii Salaryman will recreate all the excitement of being a Japanese businessman from the comfort of your own home,” read the leaked press statement, delivered to me in person via an anonymous, intoxicated source. “Work overtime under pressure from your bosses, indulge in golfing with workmates and sing karaoke in Tokyo’s downtown bars each night, all while keeping your shoes shined and your suit neat!”

Wii Salaryman
To quickly bring you into the know, the word ’salaryman’ has quickly become a buzzword for a middle-class Japanese office worker in pop culture and Nintendo is “very keen” to capitalize on its popularity, according to our source. How did he come up with the idea? The same way he came up with everything else, obviously. Our anonymous source has the scoop over the page.
