We admit it.  We were in NO WAY ready for the massive influx of community podcasts.  The sheer number of episodes that are stacking up to go out is intimidating.  We knew we needed to do something.

We needed a man who BLEEDS SG Red.  We needed a community podcaster with his finger on the pulse of the SGC.  We needed a man who wasn’t afraid of daily emails requesting the status of their episode.

We needed 8bitbass.

8bitBass, host of the SG Resonator Podcast,  has been an extremely active member of the SGC since he first hit the scene, and it is with great pride that we announce that he has agreed to join the SG Team as Community Podcast Coordinator.  8bit will be working with all of our community podcasters to implement a regualr release schedule and expedite the process of taking your awesome community shows from email to feed in a timely manner.

Once again, as has been the case in virtually every instance where we needed help, we found our next superstar right here in the SG Community.  8bit’s commitment to this community has been enormous, and yet we are looking forward to even bigger contributions as we move forward.
