What the big names in video games give out on Halloween

Once again, Halloween is upon us.  This year, as we survey the video game industry, I thought it would be interesting to take poll of some of the bigger names in the business and find out what they were giving out on Halloween.

Happy Halloween hautness, after the jump.

I surveyed many people in the industry, from big name developers to members of the enthusiast press.  It seems that this Halloween, you are what you give out. A lot of the items that will be given out seem to reflect a lot of their personalities.  Here’s a few of the responses.

Gabe Newell (Co-founder of Valve) – “I’m giving away PS3 developers.  I don’t have any use for them.  I’m keeping the candy for myself!”

Geoff Keighley (Co-Host, Gametrailers TV) – “White bread.”

Denis Dyack (Founder of Silicon Knights) – “Humble pie.”

Brian Crecente (Kotaku Blogger) – “Hair mousse.”

N’Gai Croal (Level Up Editor with Newsweek) – “Copies of Resident Evil 5.”

Ken Levine (Developer, 2K games) – “Video game franchises. Anyone need a Bioshock?”

Jack Tretton (Sony Big wig) – “PS3 excuses.”

Shigeru Miyamoto (video game designer, Nintendo) – “Wii Music apologies.”

Garnett Lee (1up editor) – “Flip-flops.”

Peter Molyneux (Lionhead games founder) – “False hope.”

Peter Moore (President EA Sports) – “Copies of Facebreaker and bicep tattoos.”

Will Wright (Sims creator, Head of Maxis Software) – “More Sims expansion packs”

Well, that list makes for some great trick or treating… Anyone up for some humble pie?
