Sorry folks, no video today, I’m a bit pushed for time, but that’s not to stop me from writing an enthralling paragraph to keep you entertained in the coming Winter months.

When you think about it, video games are unusual or, more specifically, the culture surrounding them is unusual. Despite gaming being a relatively niche hobby (though that is changing), it has the biggest internet presence of pretty much all hobbies. I mean, I can name hundreds and hundreds of gaming sites, and not even be scratching the surface.

More people who play video games seem ultra-interested in their hobby to the point of which they browse websites relating to it, than any other mediums such as film, music, horseriding etc.

You could argue that’s because video games are centred around technology and so gamers will be more accustomed to be using the internet, and you’d probably be right…and I don’t know how to finish off this sentence so I’m just gonna go to bed.

Kisses.

xx
