After the hoopla created when Cliffy B swore off his god given name, Cliffy B, and changed it to a much more formal Cliff Bleszinski, the world has waited with baited breath as to what this wordsmith would do next.

Well, he did it again.  What did he change his name to this time?  Puffy?  P Biddy?  Biddy?  You’ll be surprised and amazed, after the jump.

In a recent interview with Kokstiq, Cliff Bleszinski formally announced that he would change his name… Again.  He told Kokstq,

“With Cliffy B, I just felt like I was this big joke in the community.  Yeah, I had self-promoted that name relentlessly for the past 10 years, but I needed a change.  So I came up with Cliff Bleszinski.  I figured, if I could make my last name as hard as possible to spell, I’d finally get some respect.”

Respect indeed. But that apparently was not enough.  Not for Cliffy.  Later in the interview, Cliff dropped a bomshell,

“After I changed my name, I had an epiphany… What if I added even more letters to my last name?  Would that increase my street cred? So, today, I announce that I’ve changed my name to Clifford Andrew Bleszinskingham. You know, it’s kind of like Sampson.  The longer my name is, the more respect in the industry I’ll get.”

Well, Clifford Andrew Bleszinskingham, we at Sarcastic Gamer think that you should stick to making video games and leave the name changing in the more capable hands of Prince and P Diddy… I mean Diddy, I mean Puff Daddy…. Ah whatever.  You’ll always be Cliffy B to me.
