Most geeks will take any chance to dress up as their favorite video game or anime character. Whether it’s at a huge conference like PAX, or somewhere a little smaller like Comic-Con geeks will be there and dressed in their geek uniform of choice. As all geeks know, there’s only one day where they can dress up and roam the streets freely. That day, of course, is Halloween.

If you ever wanted to make yourself into your World of Warcraft character, it takes more than a little bit of cash to buy the costume. You really needed to work hard on it and be creative.

Buycostumes.com and Annie’s Costumes have released a line of official World of Warcraft halloween costumes, ranging from latex masks to makeup and tie-on elf ears. That’s right, tie-on elf ears.

I would like to point out that all these masks are made for adults, as there’s not a single children’s item in the World of Warcraft line. I’m not sure exactly what to make of that, but I do know plenty of adults who are probably going to be buying these.

Well, that’s about all I’ve got. This article just about writes itself, and the humor is already in the story. If you’re one of the people who is going to buy one of these, I doubt you’ll be embarassed by a simple article attempting to make fun of it.
