Thanks to everybody that came to the Live Show!
The highlight of the PAX experience for all of us at Sarcastic Gamer was the privilege of recording a podcast live before a studio audience. With nearly 40 people in attendance we were lucky enough to have been granted the use of the Sheraton’s Diamond Room (Good Job Wifey!).
Despite a few technical hiccups, the show went very well, I thought. Read on for the rest of the story!
Our PAX 2008 coverage was sponsored by:
There’s a big difference between recording a show in our studio and being in front of so many people who’s opinion of us matters a great deal.
We discussed PAX and the games we’d seen, and also got a chance to give away a bunch of prizes including several Sumo Omni’s courtesy of our incredibly generous sponsor, SumoLounge.com.
The SG community was represented by folks from the the Seattle area, Baltimore, New York and even Melbourne! (Raj)
It’s rather sad that such a high point in our entire Sarcastic Gamer trip has come so early, as that show is going to be hard for us to top. Not because of content, but because of the energy we got from the audience.
THANK YOU to everyone who came out for the show.
NOTE: Due to a bad technical issue, the podcast has been delayed so that we can repair some audio tracks that got mangled by my ancient ancient laptop. It might be time to invest in a new computer… heh. Expect it later tonight or tomorrow on the Red feed. Thanks for your patience.
