Hurricane Ike threatens Texas, Red Show

Its getting more and more apparent that this weekend is going to seriously suck here in Houston.  Ike is looming in the Gulf at Category 2 strength and is expected to make landfall southwest of Houston on Saturday.  That puts us on the “bad side” of the storm where the heavier winds are.

We may end up having to push Episode 55 back by a week to dodge the storm.

We’ll let you know for sure by tomorrow.  Thanks for understanding.

      Hey, if you did have to move, would you have someone else on the podcast along with you three? Like, if you got your wife or something like that? I think that would be cool.
      But sorry for the weather, man. Chicago gets nothing threatening. Except tons of cicadas in summer. But rarely tornados, and really just very dynamic weather. It sucks, but at least it’s not dangerous.

      Throw sumo lounge products into the hurricane! Maybe it’s just jealous, and will dissolve after a bean bag or two?

      Man you guys get all the exciting weather! In the UK we have to settle with occasional high winds and lots of rain… haha

      Here’s hoping you won’t have to miss the podcast due to weather but if it does show up on your doorstep, stay safe and above all think about what Frank West would do.
