Today Sarcastic Gamer have announced their own video game convention, the Sarcastic And Gamer Game Entertainment Expo, or SAGGEE for short. The expo will take place 4 times a year in the LA Convention Centre. Sarcastic Gamer founder Doc Adams gave this comment: “Since the creation of our weekly webcomic, the logical next phase was to create SAGGEE, or Saggy as it is affectionately known around here. Our decision to hold it 4 times a year will allow gamers to experience the latest titles in all the four seasons, or as we like to put it ‘whatever the weather.’”

The first SAGGEE will take place tomorrow and we are hoping for a large attendance by both press and public, despite the short notice.
Our current schedule includes:
- Renowned developer of Turning Point: Fall of Liberty, Robert Berger, will be giving an exclusive talk entitled ‘Turning Point: When we Realized it was Bad’ which discusses the development process behind Turning Point and how the new iPhone game, ‘Turning Point: Fall of Portable Liberty’, will blow critics away.
- We will also have 1 Cruis’n USA tournament, which will allow players to experience high speed thrills and go head to head for great SAGGEE prizes, including stuff from Dave’s Mom’s house.
- Frawlz will be holding a panel entitled “Podcasting without pants and other ways to get Dockblocked!”
- Rothbart will be cutting hair on the showroom floor. The Rothbart Special is only $10.00!
- Doc Adams will give singing lessons.
- Lono will give screaming lessons while Doc is giving singing lessons, on the show room floor.
- Dave will be hosting a panel in his Mom’s garage entitled ‘How to Mooch Off Your Parents: A Step by Step Guide’, where a Q&A session will take place, with light refreshments provided by Dave’s Mom.
- PacManPolarBear will be strangely absent.
- We are also very pleased to announce that Penny Arcade will not be attending SAGGEE, as we have officially banned them from entering the LA Convention Centre. If they try to enter, Frawlz will personally kick their asses out.

- SAGGEE’s main focus will be on cell phone games. Doc Adams provided the reasoning behind this move: “What’s better than gaming at home? Gaming on a bus! Whats better than gaming on a bus? Gaming on a bus having just made a telephone call! Cell phone games are the future, and we intend to cover them as extensively as we can.”
Tickets are available now in the SG Store for $587.43 each. This entitles you to 1 hours 37 minutes in the expo, and 1 spot in the Cruis’n USA tournament. Once the 1 hour 37 minutes has passed, you will be escorted out the expo by a member of the Saggy Security Team.

What about fatal1ty, is he going to be there? I think that would lend some legitimacy to the expo, or are you going to specifically not invite him to be funny? Or neither b/c you don’t want to hurt his feelings or trounce his good name?
