Gears of War 2 Geek Gear right here!

Amazon is going above and beyond to get gamers money this Fall. They have the Fallout 3 uber bundle with a Pip-boy 3000 alarm clock for $119.99. They have decided once again to bring us that little extra for a bit more moolah.

Is Marcus Fenix one of your favorite video game characters? Have you ever dreamed about wielding the Lancer as you lunge toward an unsuspecting Locust with the chainsaw screaming? Now you can.

For the low, one time only price of $139.99 you get the Lancer and the regular version of Gears of War 2. If you feel that you need to spend even more money, for $10 more you can get the special edition. You would think for $139.99 they would give you the special edition ad then buy you dinner.

With all the games that are coming out this fall, if you have the money to pick this up, go for it. While you’re at it, buy me one too. Please.

      Dude, you’re a little late about this.

      This was announced last week or two weeks ago.

      “Trigger Activates Motorized “Chainsaw””

      If only there asn’t another part to that sentence.

      @Electric Version

      We did cover it when it was originally announced (http://sarcasticgamer.com/wp/index.php/2008/07/get-a-real-life-lancer-and-original-gears-achievments-to-unlock-gears-2-content.html/2), but there as a lot of confusion over the lancer and its size, with many misinterpretations.

      This is soooo not worth the $ especially if this game is as short as the last one. Plus the last one was alright but nothing that great

      ”Certified Statement of Nerdity (not included)” I bet I would get that last one if I’d gotten the Halo plasma rifle lol

      @Eoco

      I must have missed the article, or I didn’t check the site that day.

      Oh well, it’s something to give all the nerds out there a stiffy.

      After getting the Halo helmet, I don’t know if I need another certificate of nerdity.
