		<description>It&#039;s called &#039;spotting&#039;...martial arts guys use it as well, although in that case you might call it targeting.  You bring your head around in advance of completing a spin kick to &#039;spot&#039; your target.  Dancers focus on a target or a mark on the stage, but the principal is the same...too much fast motion info coming in at once convinces your brain that you&#039;ve been poisoned and that you&#039;re hallucinating as a result, so the body tries to dump the poison by, you guessed it, getting you to heave them cookies.  A good idea if you are poisoned, but not great on a road trip, during a recital, in the middle of a tournament, or while sitting on your comfy couch gaming.</description>
