At some point you’ll just have to trust us on some of this stuff. We have to protect our sources to keep them from being fragged by their employers or associates.
A very good and anonymous source tells us that Halo 4 is already in full development over at Bungie. I wish to God She/He/It had more details to share but at this point all She/He/It can confirm for sure is that Halo 4 is an official project being developed by Bungie, at this very moment.
With more than 20 million copies of Halo 3 sold worldwide, I know it’s a no-brainer that the series would continue somehow. It’s nice to get this sort of reassurance from a source who has never been wrong for us before.
If we get more details, we’ll share them. If She/He/It is wrong… They’ll be quietly disposed of.

It wont exactly be Halo 4 (since Bungie says they’re done with the series), but a game in the same universe as Halo is totally cool. Bungie has even stated that games in the same realm as the Halo series will be coming. You can prove me wrong ,though, Doc. Halo 4 would still be frickin sweet!

I’ve played the game through several times. I don’t need to watch any of them. Though there are a few of them I just can’t resist.
I do have a couple installs left to endure on Extreme, but I’m not quite ready to move up to that difficulty except to play the first act, which I really enjoy.

Dunno but it could be true, but the real question is, whether Bungie is making a Halo shooter game (what I least suspect but hope the most ), or is it just a game based around Halo franchise. Of course if somebody read the novels there’s still plenty of stuff for a shooter, a prequel in that case is very likely…
