Sitar Star seeks Guitar Gurus

Love Guitar Hero?  What if I told you that you could enjoy the same engaging gameplay, with notes that sound exotically off-key.  Interested?  Then the latest addition to the promotion of the new movie “The Love Guru” with Mike Meyers (Tomorrow, June 20th) ought to give you a reason to dust off your curly-toed shoes and hammer out a few licks.

The flash game is purposely as silly as it is hysterical with two tracks and two difficulties to choose from.  From the non-infectious Rock the Ashram to the age-old favorite Don’t Stop Bhagavan, its sure to please or offend music genre gamers from all walks of life.

Even if for the purpose of mild curiosity appeasement, have a peak for yourself here.

Nice to see another instance where gaming gets a nod as being a viable method of reaching consumers.  Maybe we aren’t so frickin odd after all.
