It’s a rare thing to find hot women unafraid to admit they like video games; let alone hot women that have their own shows about video games.  On the Playstation side, we have Qore’s host Veronica Belmont. On the Xbox side, Major Nelson tells us we’re getting Jessica Chobot. It would seem to be a win-win situation for the gaming public, right? Right… except the two viciously hate each other. Maybe “viciously” isn’t the best word… how about they epicly hate each other?

According to our anonymous source at a recent media event after-party sponsored by a “Top 5 Third Party Game Publisher,” the two reportedly crossed paths at the open bar and exchanged words; it got ugly from there. Chobot reportedly called Belmont a “Qore Whore” which we’re assuming is somehow a slam against her recent platform-biased position hosting the PS3-centric Qore video magazine. Belmont elbowed Chobot in the ribs in response and then loudly said “Shut up, Cho-Xbot, at least I’m not famous for LICKING things! How’d you get your gig on Xbox InsideHER? Major Nelson seemed awfully excited about you in his interview… more than your on-air talent would seem to dictate.”

What happened next sounds like something scripted from a movie. There was a quick scuffle, several exclamations of variations on the word “Bitch!”, and both women fell to the floor with each other’s hair gripped tightly in their hands. Several bystanders quickly descended on them, trying to separate the two.  Chobot surprised our source when she got up in a screaming rage despite trying to be subdued by two waiters, and smashed Belmont in the head with a serving tray.  This prompted the waiters and other bystanders to back away into a circle reminiscent of a school yard fight.

The two women, panting loudly, glaring back and forth intently, began to circle each other… hair and makeup in shambles, the cat fight had reached new heights.  Instead of trying to publicly embarrass one another, it was clear they both intended to publicly whoop some ass.  Belmont reached down and took off her shoes, holding one in each hand, heels sticking out like daggers while Chobot slid her studded belt out of her belt loops.  Just as they made contact after charging each other, a very large bartender stunned them both into submission by dumping an enormous container of ice and water on them.  This momentary pause in the action allowed sufficient staff to literally pounce on the women to ensure the fight was over.  Both struggled, but they were simply outmatched.

Cold, wet, and thoroughly embarrassed, they were individually escorted out two separate exits of the room by several members of the party staff. Sarcastic Gamer has attempted to contact the publicists of both Belmont and Chobot, but currently, neither have responded. We’ve heard second hand that most of the exchange was caught on a party goer’s cell phone and we’re attempting to locate the footage as you read this. The thought of see two iced down wet gaming girls fighting on the floor… Mmmm… We will be devoting our FULL resources to getting to the bottom of this.
