In case you didn’t know, there’s a smash hit waiting to happen called Grand Theft Auto 4 coming out today. I’m sure that many of you that are the appropriate age are going to venture forth from your domiciles and brave the sun in order to pick up this title. There have been a few developments that may effect you navigation on that trip.

Best buy has decided that GTA4 is a great reason to get rid of some Xboxes. So, their smashing deal is if you buy and Xbox 360 and GTA4, you get a $50 gift card. That makes GTA like $12 when you add tax. I had to seriously think about this one since my Xbox is in the shop, but the jar of pennies that doubles as my bank account, said no. If this title was what you were waiting before buying a 360, then I’d say this is the deal.

There were, however, no specials for the Sony faithful, I have no idea why. Check out the add.

Circuit City is being a little more modest, they just want people to come in the store and buy the game. That’s why they are giving everyone that picks up the regular, or special edition copy for the PS3 or 360 a $10 gift card. A new game on launch day for $50, never happens. Might want to hit this deal up while it’s hot.
