Exploit your pitiful way to”Elite” in Rainbow Six Vegas 2

It’s always the case isn’t it? You’re playing a game that takes weeks and months to rank all the way up on, and yet a week after it comes out some kid named Stanley and all of his friends mosey into your game, ranked to the nines. Here’s how they’re doing it.

Personally, I don’t have the patience. I’d rather play my games… I know.. I’m funny like that.

Special thanks to my achievement whore friend, Drew (yeah THAT Drew) for pointing this out. Strangely he was carrying a big role of tape with him when he dropped by to tell me. Happy cheating!

UPDATE: We just did some quick math, and it would take more than 41 hours to take down enough enemies to make elite. (Or 20 hours if you and a friend want to do it manually. Sounds like a frickin blast huh?

    • That takes all the fun out of the game. Yea, its a pain to get all the way to “Elite,” but it should show how well you do, not how well you can exploit a glitch.

Found this a little bit ago. hehe level 20 all around..

I went from Warrant Officer to whatever the next rank was, does that warrant a description of “pitiful”?

    • nick says:

ok this guy sucks at this glitch, if you are good at it you can keep headshotting the guy about 5 times a seconed cuz he respawns intantly, thats 50 xp per second, i got up for marksman 8 to marksman 20 within an hour

    • Jolley says:

he doe this 2 slow i found this out before this post i am now Elite if u aim straight at the respawn point you get it so much faster

    • Abucket says:

Um, the point of this was to show how lame this is, not comment on how to do it better…

    • Mrbadguysan says:

I suppose you could sit on your ass and shoot an instantaneously respawning enemy if you wanted to…

Or you could tape it up like this guy did, turn off your TV, and live the rest of your life.

Although, the idea of having a game play itself and rank you up is p0intless. But I guess, preteen nose breathers lust for video game supremacy, even if it is in rank only.

What a bunch of posers. If you are going to play a game-why not play it properly!!

    • ShooterFan says:

Don’t worry honest levelers, we’ll have fun LICKING UP & LAUGHING AT all of the “Cheapshot Elites” that are getting owned by players who still have frickin’ yellow on their shoulder.

(That is if they’re brave enough to come online and play)

    • Jolley says:

Thats so not true that Elites get owned it depends how good you are in the first place even if i did it right i still might of got owned as an Elites cause i am not the best R6V2 player

*plus the achievement is nice too
**all my clan have a custom camo for battle now

    • andyg8180 says:

Jolley… what you said made no sense… If youre not a true elite you dont get owned but you do because youre not good?? Thats exactly what Shooter is saying… YOUSUCK!! If you arnt ranking up properly, what makes you think you can keep up with people who can pull of headshots every time??

if you have elite status, you get matched with elite players… YOU CANT KEEP UP WITH TRUE ELITE PLAYERS!!

The glitch is def tempting, but then i peronally wont be able to keep up with other players… Plus im content where im at… I have good weapons and enough clothes to make me happy…

    • Vote4Drizzt says:

I boosted one or two guns on Cod4, but sit in a game for 40 hours, HA!
I could never work a skorpion, so we cage matched.

    • Doc says:

MS already reset the gamerscores of a LOT of people relating to glitching… I wonder if this could prove to be the same.

    • metaldomination says:

They should have added some stats into the game.. like a counter that shows for how long youve been playing that everyone could see. It would be quite easy to spot an Glitching bastard..

      play clean, go pro.

      slay/kick/ban those idiots..

    • Mojo says:

Why is this lame? The whole concept of leveling up in a game is lame. Your rank should be based on Trueskill not how much time you have to play the game. I can understand why you might want to do this just to unlock all the weapons so you are not disadvantaged online. If the dev’s made the game fair for all players from the start this would not be an issue.

    • MojoJojo says:

@ Mojo: first, I like your name, reminds me of something… second: you think that unlocking all the weapons by cheating won’t disadvantage you online? I entered a gameroom with ‘more experienced’ players once and got my ass served to me with onion rings and baked potatoes.

If you wanna play with the big guns, you’ll have to play with the big boys. I’m leveling up 1 headshot at a time and will see you up there in your rank in a month or two! Be ready, bitch! Hahahaha!

    • MojoJojo says:

If you don’t like the leveling sytem by Ubisoft for the time you (have to?) spend in the game, I can recommend you another game in which you don’t have to spend any time to get all the weapons. EA thinks just money will do.

    • Hamena Hamena what? says:

I tried leaving the game on for the night with my AI guy killing that guy that keeps respawning but it doesnt work. When I leave him on, after a while there are so many bodies that my AI partner seems to be unable to see or hit the ennemy again so he stops.
      Anybody else had that issue?

    • i think that that shit is no right, because i am not a elite man, but i am a colonel rank, but i have 7 “cesion” and all of them i ranked then in colonel rank level, and i passs hours and hours, and the hours become days and days, nd i felt like i was starting to hate the game, and when i finally want it to play i saw that the game really lokes very bore, so i didnt play it, aahhhhh, and do not forget the tremendusly kick ass that the guys(nerds that dont have anything else to do, except to play xbox 360) in the internet gave to me.
