PSN Gamer Night is pretty packed with high-roller gamers…Don’t know if Lono could last….

I want less Wii and DS coverage!

I can’t wait for the “first hand” PS3-dogging that’ll be coming from Lono…

I recommend that you no longer talk about Wii and DS games if that’s going to be your coverage. I’ll go to Joystiq for that news, and come to you guys for 360-related laughs. Sound fair?

And I deserve whatever I get for the double post.

Why not make it part of the end of the podcast. “Wii-ekly nod to the Wii”

I came up with that myself.

we have writers that cover wii and ds related stuff RobLink…

How bout this RobLink, I’ll write about whatever the hell I want to and you can choose to come here or not. Sound fair?

Ok, i own a wii, but i laughed really hard at the smash bros review.

“He gets really old and you die of bordem”

All you wii owners need to lighten up, there is a reason its the cheapest console, its not as a good as the Xbox or PS3, So once you relise that, you can take the jokes, and be like, meh.

      Great podcast thanks

Gonna listen to it right now.

I was going to buy a t-shirt but seeing as you cannot look past your fanboyism I have decided against it.

      http://kotaku.com/367276/army-of-two-region-lock-explained

The official reason why Army of Two is region-locked (aka, the BS behind it):

“The game works on a deterministic or peer-to-peer network setting. Because we have all these synchronized animations and the players are always doing things together, the only way to support that kind of model right now is to use a deterministic model for networking.”

I’m here to tell you why Smash Brawl is awsome:

      On-line play.

Yes the game is nearly identical to Melee, but on-line play is what makes this generation of consoles so great. So yeah, if you need voice chat or you hate Smash Bros, nothing here is going to rock your boat. But if all you wanted is Smash with on-line (like me), you have much to enjoy. And if any whiners want to go on about how you can’t play random matches because Nintendo’s online sucks, you are right, but XBL was down during the holidays, how quickly we forget.

“How bout this RobLink, I’ll write about whatever the hell I want to and you can choose to come here or not. Sound fair?”

Of course it sounds fair. I’ll keep coming, and I’ll keep listening to the podcast - just not for Nintendo related stuff. I wasn’t being sarcastic earlier (despite the site name).

I suppose I just wish that you guys could cover Nintendo stuff with the same sense-of-humour-but-still-being-serious-cos-we-love-the-games that you cover 360 (and increasingly PS3) news, rather than the piss taking that we get at the moment.
I’ll just accept that you’re not into your Nintendo, and leave it at that. Though I know where Noneofyourbusiness is coming from with the withholding of the t-shirt sale.

    • 15 Lono // Mar 13, 2008 at 1:57 pm

Well, RobLink, as soon as Yousty gets back from his Peace Corp mission, he’ll get back on the Wii horse and dish out the Wii news you crave…

      Now go buy a shirt.

    • 16 RobLink // Mar 13, 2008 at 3:43 pm

Dammit, you’ve almost convinced me. If only it wasn’t for that infernal international delivery charge…..
      :-)
