Love is in the Air for those in Azeroth, and I’m not talking the about the real kind either, I’m talking WoW Love!
A player named Aikiwoce came across this item outside of Stormwind when Azeroth’s version of Valentine’s Day kicked off. That’s right, a Valentine’s Day event for WoW players. Yes, they have their own mock holidays. Get over it. Let’s face it, for most of us in Azeroth, it’s the closest some of us will get.
Yep, during this year’s ‘Love is in the Air’ event in World of Warcraft, the sneaky dogs at Blizzard added in their rendition of the famous Companion Cube from Portal. Not that it does anything, it’s just a skinned crate, but it’s enough to put a smile on many geeky faces this holiday.
It’s hard to overstate my satisfaction.
If you’ll excuse me, I’ve got to go buy some valentine cards for NPC’s who will never actually love me, so I can get a new shirt. Geez, it looks even geekier when I type it out.
