Having JUST finished Mass Effect, I am totally stoked that Bioware announced its “Bringing Down the Sky” add-on for Mass Effect today. The DLC will run you about 5 bucks and appends the story’s plot with a whole new race of aliens, the Battarians. Apparently Terra Nova is going to get creamed by an asteroid and only you, ___ Sheppard, can stop it with your Spectre abilities. Officially the add on will give you about an hour and a half of additional play and will integrate with your existing character. Much like an episode that you can choose to watch…. or in this case play.

Apparently Terra Nova _still_ gets creamed by an asteroid, but Terra Nova will be voiced by Jenna Jameson and the part of “asteroid” will be played by Peter North.
