The aftermath of the holidays.

The stores are still full of people and Xbox Live went down quite a bit last week. Sadly, it happened enough to call it regular, much to the dismay of it’s users.

Sorry Johnny, your brand new copy of Call of Duty 4 won’t work. Happy Holidays from Microsoft.

More after the jump.

After I finally got back online I heard the curses of gold members I shared matches with. Even Lono joined in the grumblings, demanding satisfaction for being an inconvenienced paying customer.

I don’t blame him, it was annoying as f***.

An unidentified source has said that XBL intends to do something for it’s gold members that were unable to get online. This ought to be good. How are they going to make up for letting XBL go down during the holidays?

Free XBL points? Free days or months of gold membership? It’s the time of year that most people actually have time to play, so they better make it good.

Come on Microsoft, make us happy.
