I’m sure a ton of you have played Bionic Commando for the old Nintendo Entertainment System (NES). You’ve probably heard that they’re coming out with a new, “next-gen” Bionic Commando as well.
What you probably didn’t know, was that they’re revamping the old Bionic Commando wih kick ass new graphics, weapons, bosses and abilities. It’s supposed to be coming out on XBLA and the PSN.
It’s called Bionic Commando Rearmed. Check out the video, after the jump!

I loved the revamped Prince of Persia and this looks even better. If you looked closely, you can also unlock stuff in the XBLA or PSN Bionic Commando Rearmed, that you’ll be able to use in the “next-gen” Bionic Commando. Cool? It plays like any old side-scrolling shooter but the gimmick here is that your character – one Nathan “Rad” Spencer – has a bionic arm which contains a nice big grappling hook for, y’know, grappling things.
