We’re off to Redmond

December 6th, 2007 · 1 Comment

Microsoft reached out to us a couple of months ago. Apparently they’re big fans of the Microsoft Surface Parody that we did over the summer, and they wanted to know if we had any interest in coming out to Redmond, WA to get some hands on time with the real thing. Today, that’s exactly where we’re headed. Lono and I will be getting into Seattle this evening, and tomorrow, it’s go time. We’ll be taking some video and sending that back to M Freakin J for production. We’re really excited about the opportunity, and quite grateful to MS for subsidizing the whole thing. One day, maybe we can pay to fly people to see Sarcastic Gamer’s new Sarcastifier 3000. Not sure what such a device would do, but I’m willing to bet it will carry a much smaller price tag than the Surface.

I was curious as to whether you guys had any questions about Surface that you’d like us to ask. Is there anything about the device that you’d be interested in knowing more about? Leave them here, as comments, or post them on the forums, and we’ll do our best to get them asked. In the meantime, Lono and I are free on Friday night. If you live in the Seattle area, and the water on your street has receded from all of the rain enough to venture out, we would LOVE to meet you. Send us an email at sarcasticgamer@gmail.com.We’ll be reporting back tomorrow night with our initial impressions. Wish us luck!
