I have been called the biggest A-Hole in podcasting. Usually by Dave. On multiple occasions. In the same day, by Dave. Seriously.
Not today.
Find out who, or what has gotten a hold of my brain after the jump! As you all may know, Doc and I traveled to Microsoft Studios in Redmond, WA over the weekend, on Bill Gates dime, to preview Microsoft’s Surface Computer. Some of you reading this may have seen a little video on Youtube with SG’s take on Microsoft’s latest gadget.
If not, click here.
Now that you’re back, you’ll probably expect the rest of the article to read like this:
“So then Doc and I were attacked by Microsoft ninjas and forced to repent our video…”
Yeah, it didn’t really go like that. Ya see, they actually are/were huge fans of the video. So huge, that when they were taking pictures of the new employees that they had hired that day, they asked Doc and I to take photos that would go up on the company wall along side the rest of the Surface employees. Pretty cool, huh?
In fact, all of the people we met were really, really cool. Kyle Warnick, Senior Marketing Communications Manager, and Ali Vassigh, User Experience Manager, in particular were extremely nice, even in the face of our jackassery as we filmed around the studios and the surface computer. I also want to thank Kevin and Cindy from Edelman for shepherding us around, it was great to meet them as well.
So, what did we see? What did we experience? Well, you’ll learn more about that in the coming days. Also, watch for our exclusive coverage of Surface’s latest info and a another exclusive regarding a Surface only game that Doc and I were the first people, outside of Microsoft to see and get hands-on time with.
Yep, no bashing, no trashing, just a sincere thank you from myself personally and the rest of the folks at Sarcasticgamer, the Surface folks could not have been nicer.

So, you two were replaced by Microsoft robots. Cool.
Another Lono flip-flop. Figures.
J/k man.
Not at all. We had a blast, and the place was awesome. The people were really nice and seem to enjoy their job. It ain’t becoming a robot to express gratitude for a GREAT time.
Like I said Doc, robot. XD
But yeah, sounds like you guys had a lot of fun.
I don’t think Robots drink as much as we did.
Plus they’d drink something really gross like oil or something.
Oh yeah. I have my Surface article just about ready to go up.
Soon as I can.
Do another parody, but this time of the MAC-PC commercials. Poor PC could be visited by his uber cool, metro-sexual relative Surface. Surface would be followed by beautiful people who are constantly touching him;-) MAC might just snap in this one…
No screenshots of the “Lono trapped in a MS Surface” taken of the web page actually _on_ a MS Surface machine?!
Me = disappointed…
Well, Rothbart, it’s not always about you…
Sarcastic Gamer Sold out to Microsoft
As much as it fun to make fun of that table is sweet.
If i had 10,000 I would buy one to replace my coffee table or TV tray.
i think im predicting a sudden increase in the rating that sg give microsoft games in the future
