You write one article about Mountain Dew and all of the sudden you’re spending bookoo bucks on a new server.  So much for the kid’s college.  Anyhow, thanks for being so understanding of our little crash today.  To give you an idea of how nutty the traffic got here (Thanks to N4G and Digg) imagine our site just 3 days ago as a quiet country road.  The occasional car comes by and it’s usually someone you know.

As of Saturday, that country road was an 8 lane highway and we were trying to keep up with traffic on a tricycle.  It was awful.

Anyhow the biggest improvement you’ll find from all of this is the fact that we’re no longer down.  (This is progress).  Also, with a dedicated server you should notice a lot faster load time under normal circumstances.

Thanks for the Diggs, the traffic, and your time.  We’re glad to be back.  Now if you’ll excuse me, I need to go find where my son is hiding those pennies.  Gonna need em for the next server payment.
