Last week HD-DVD was Super Bad and that lead them to a tie with Blu-Ray. No one is in this to tie, there must be a winner.
There can be only one.
Let’s hope there isn’t a tie announced today. They need to have a strong play to win this week. Here are the HD-DVD releases for December 11, 2007.
See what’s out, after the jump!
Harry Potter 1-5 - Look, a studio on the fence, waiting for one side to break away. They are making some serious money with this decision.
The Bourne Ultimatum - Damon is back and still trying to kick as much ass as he did in the first two movies. Sequels rarely measure up to the original Matt.
This week, while full of releases, fails to “go for gold.” I declare Blu-Ray, even with The Legend of Zorro, the winner of this weeks Hi Def battle. They steam rolled HD with shear numbers.
The war is far from over. Come back next week for more of our continuing coverage of this Hi Def conflict.
