SSBB Delayed

Despite Nintendo releasing several of their big name first party titles in the first year of the Wii’s life, there was one title that every single Nintendo fan was looking forward to and that is obviously Super Smash Bros Brawl. So when Nintendo announced that it was going to be delayed several months, saying fans were disappointed would be a little bit of an understatement.

Nintendo claimed that the reason for the delay was to give the developers more time to fine-tune the game, which is fine by me. I would much rather have a quality finished product than a hurried mess of a game, especially if fine-tuning involves including a better online play mode and headset support. Pretty please, Nintendo, with sugar on top.

So here we are, all of us hardcore Wii owners twiddling our thumbs until February 10th when Super Smash Bros Brawl is supposed to be released *fingers crossed*. And to all of our friends across the pond, I again send out my condolences because I can’t even imagine having to wait until after June to play this game.
