Ah Spore, the PC Gaming Savior, also known as Will Wright’s Big Tease.

For a game that’s all about growing and evolving entire species, its production seems like it’s stuck in the single-celled amoeba stage.

Ok, maybe that’s a little harsh, but you’d almost think it was vaporeware if there wasn’t so much cool looking gameplay footage. Spore has been delayed and delayed and now it’s got an imfamous release date that’s making PC gamers a little nervous.

Will Spore make it in 2008? 2009? 3000? Who Knows. The real question is, will you still care when it’s finally released?

Unfortunately only time, and your patience, will tell.
