It began as a simple forum poll posted by Viatrophy back in October:

“Who is your favorite SG Admin?” (original link)

What spawned from this question, none of us (or most of us) ever expected.

At first things seemed to be normal with Doc and Lono leading the pack. Then little by little, strange things started to happen. Random voting in crazy numbers and other unusual changes started occuring in the post.

For awhile there were even some accusations of cheating! (If you want to know more check out Episode 13 of our podcast.)

Then we introduced NewsBot to help out with posting duties, and things just took a turn towards the bizarre. The poll started going crazy!  

All of these weird events culminated to a very special (and surprising) ending to the Halloween Episode of the SarcasticGamer.com podcast (Episode 14).

We’ve learned it’s important not to make Newsbot (or Dave) angry.

In any event, that original post still remains one of the most viewed lobby threads on our entire forum!
