The pricing structure looks to heat up the DLC wars between GHIII and Rock Band. RB is set to offer single tracks for prices ranging from $.99 to $2.99 and will offer three song packs for $5.49, or seventy-six cents lower than what GHIII is charging for cover song packs. Take that Activision!
If it just came with a blow up groupie, I wouldn’t have to leave my house.

Wow, I smell disaster for GHIII. Their offerings look absolutely pathetic compared to the above.

Actually GH3 DLC of which there are now 3 packs (4 if you count the CD pack that came with a code). are all original recordings. Half of the GH2 DLC was rehashed from GH - more covers. The last 2 or 3 packs actually were masters…but the music was mediocre. Not sure who is to blame there. Honestly if you think Rock Band is going to “steal the show”, you are mistaken. I won’t discredit the game, it looks amazing, and I’ll buy it, but it’s just not as easy to pick up…rather it’s going to be more fun to play with a friend or 2 or 3.

dude, I knew Rock Band would own GH3 but ****. I didn’t think that it would completely wipe it off the map.
